Composite Deck in Levis
Levis, Quebec
The Challenge
The sloped lot presented a structural challenge. The homeowners wanted a multifunctional outdoor space that could accommodate 20 people.
Our Approach
Pressure-treated wood structure with helical pile foundations, suited to the region’s clay soil. Trex Transcend composite offers durability and minimal maintenance.
Features
- Trex Transcend composite in Island Mist colour
- Cedar pergola with retractable shade
- LED lighting integrated into steps and railings
- Black aluminium railings
- Two-landing staircase to the garden
Result
A three-season outdoor living space that increased the property value. The deck withstood its first Quebec winter without any issues.
