Modern Kitchen in Sainte-Foy

The Challenge

The homeowners wanted to modernize a kitchen dating from 1998, with dark oak cabinets and a closed layout that isolated the kitchen from the rest of the house.

Our Approach

We removed the load-bearing wall separating the kitchen from the living room, installing a structural steel beam. The 8-foot central island provides a generous prep area and a family dining space.

Selected Materials

• Lacquered white maple cabinets with integrated handles
• Silestone white Calacatta quartz countertops
• White hexagonal tile backsplash
• Luxury vinyl flooring in light oak
• Built-in stainless steel appliances

Result

A bright and functional space that transformed the family’s daily life. The budget was respected and the work was completed in 6 weeks.
